Due to system limitations, some items may be out of stock at the time of ordering. Thank you for your understanding.

Please refer to the "Size Chart," located to the right of the size selection section on the product page, for the dimensions of each item. To provide you with clearer information, we indicate sizes according to our own measurement method.
For more details on how to take measurements, please refer to the " Size Guide ". For some items, the size worn by the model is indicated in the "About the item / size" section; feel free to use this as a reference when choosing your size.
About colors and prices
Product images are presented to be as close as possible to the actual appearance of the items. Please be sure to check the detailed images on the product page to confirm colors and design.

About pre-order items
Pre-ordered items are ordered from the supplier after we receive your order, which may result in a longer delivery time. In-stock and pre-ordered items cannot be ordered simultaneously. Thank you for your understanding.

Pre-ordered items will be prepared according to the "estimated delivery date" indicated on the product page. The delivery process is as follows: once the products arrive at our warehouse, we will inform you of the shipping date by email with the subject line "Pre-order Shipment." Tracking will be available through the carrier using the 【carrier / tracking number】 information provided in this email.
Regarding the use of the products
When using the product, please be sure to check the "precautions for use" and "washing instructions" indicated on the label or tag attached to the product.
Regarding maintenance and repairs
In case of a problem such as a product failure, please first contact us by attaching photos to confirm the condition of the product, indicating the name of the product concerned, to one of the following addresses:

If repair is possible, we will ask you to send us the product, and we will provide a quote for the repair costs. Depending on the condition of the product, it is possible that the repair may not be possible. Cash on delivery fees and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For customers residing abroad, we will handle each request on a case-by-case basis.
Orders / Delivery
About the ordering procedure
Products can be ordered by following the steps below.
1) Go to the product details page.
2) Add the product to the cart.
3) Check the items in your cart, then click "Proceed to checkout".
4) Enter your username and password, then click on "Login" (it is also possible to order without logging in).
5) Indicate the delivery address and payment method.
6) Check the contents of your order, then click on "Confirm order".
7) When the order number is displayed, your order is finalized.
8) An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address from store@rocky-mountain-feathered.eu
About the shopping cart
The shopping cart will remain valid for two weeks from the date an item is added. After this period, the items added to the cart will be automatically deleted.
Please also note that if no action is taken for "15 minutes" after an item has been added to the cart, it will be automatically removed from the cart.
Items are reserved as soon as they are added to the basket. However, the purchase is not considered confirmed until the order is finalized.

Regarding product delivery
Your order will be shipped via DHL Express. When DHL Express is operating normally, delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days from the next business day after your order. We will be closed during the holiday season. For more details on our schedule, please see our blog .

Regarding customs duties
For purchases made from countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply upon customs clearance in the receiving country. All these charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
Customs clearance rules and policies vary from country to country. For more information, please contact the customs authorities of the receiving country.
Returns due to customs duties are not accepted. Even if the package is refused delivery, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange
Regarding cancellations
Cancellations are not accepted after the order has been shipped.
• In case of cancellation without notice or refusal to receive the package, we may refuse any subsequent order.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of stock shortage or for any other reason related to product availability.

Initial defects (defective products)
• Only new and unused items are eligible for support.
• In case of product defect (initial defect), we accept returns with a refund.
• If you would like an exchange, please let us know so we can check stock availability.

Exchanges
Exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases. Thank you for your attention.
• Items for which more than 14 days have passed since the date of receipt
• Items that have been used (except for indoor fittings), altered or cleaned
• Items whose tags, labels, or accessories have been lost, discarded, or are no longer in your possession
• Items soiled, damaged, or imbued with odors by the customer
• Promotional items, pre-orders, or any item marked as "not eligible for return" on the sales page

• Returns, exchanges or cancellations without our prior agreement (including items returned or sent cash on delivery) will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• If we determine that an item is compliant, we may not be able to fulfill your request. Thank you for your understanding.
• Depending on when you contact us, the item you want may no longer be available.
• In the event of an exchange for the customer's personal convenience, all costs will be borne by the customer.
• We do not handle the preparation of return slips or the booking of parcel collection.
Regarding refunds
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method and in the same currency as the original order. Refunds cannot be issued to a different card.

• For purchases made in foreign currency, the exchange rate at the time of the refund may differ from the rate applied at the time of the order, which may result in a difference in the amount. Thank you for your understanding.

• If a refund (partial or full) is issued during the authorization period, the final transaction amount may be adjusted upon invoice confirmation. By registering as a member, you will be able to make your purchases more smoothly.
You can log in using the email address and password registered during registration.
Registration is completely free: no membership, registration, renewal or maintenance fees are required.
A single member account can be used identically on computer, smartphone and mobile phone.
About the recorded information
Customer information such as password, address, phone number and email address can be changed from the account information page.
If you change the registered email address, you will be able to log in using the new email address and password.

Product delivery time
In principle, products are delivered within approximately 1 to 5 business days from the next business day following the order. However, delays may occur during periods of high order volume or depending on stock availability. No shipments are made on days when the company is closed (all Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and during the end-of-year holiday season).
