How do I choose my size?
Compare the flat measurements on the product page with those of a garment you love. Our size guide explains each measurement. If in doubt, write to us: we will be happy to advise you.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes, in our Paris boutique, 27 rue du Bourg-Tibourg. For an online order, you have 14 days from receipt to return an item.
How do I care for my piece?
Care instructions are on the label and on our Care page. For down pieces with leather or shearling, have them cleaned by a specialist professional.
Why does my garment change over time?
That is intentional. Leather develops a patina, sulphur-dyed chambray takes on subtle shades, canvas softens. Each piece develops a character of its own.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes. Send us photos of the piece and the damaged area: we will let you know whether a repair is possible and on what terms.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges by post. Return the item within 14 days and place a new order, or exchange it directly in our Paris boutique.
